Dode Harvey
For over twenty five years Mr. Harvey has been actively involved in Texas commercial real estate, acquisition, development and management. As President of Don Harvey Commercial and Vice President for The Weitzman Group, one of the largest full-service regional commercial real estate firms in the United States, he successfully transacted in excess of 3,500,000 square feet of commercial real estate development worth over $500,000,000.
Dode joined his father in the Real Estate profession in 1982. After becoming the President of the company, he moved his family to San Antonio and in 1991 opened a new office downtown. During his tenure at Don Harvey Companies, Dode headed up the assemblage of 13 commercial properties on Houston Street, which were subsequently purchased by Federal Realty Investment Trust. He began the Houston Street Renaissance & Redevelopment including The Valencia Hotel, The Palm Restaurant and other notable projects. Currently Dode leads the master planned development of Diamond T Ranch, a mixed use project in Stone Oak.
Don Harvey
Don has over 40 years of Real Estate Experience. He has served as Chairman of The Texas Real Estate Commission and was appointed to that position by Governor Bill Clements. Don has served as Director on numerous local, state and national orginizations for the benefit of the Real Estate Industry including The Texas Association of Realtors and The National Association of Realtors. Don Harvey's proffessional awards are as impressive as they are numerous. Don Harvey serves as a valued advisor to Diamond T Partners.
Mike Mazur
As a public servant, serving as a firefighter and police officer for 13 years, Mike has the qualities of integrity and hardwork. Mike has been active in real estate development with Diamond T Ranch Development Inc. for 3 years and serves as the Chief Operating Officer. As a native of San Antonio Mike strives to develop quality projects that will enhance the area for decades. He is committed to the positive growth of San Antonio and surrounding areas.
Rick Jacobs
Rick brings over 31 years of operations, project management, sales, contract negotiation, product development & deployment experience to the team. A recently retired Director, working the last three years of his career with AT&T as key member of the Project Lightspeed / U-verse development and deployment team. He held numerous positions in his 31 years with Southwestern Bell, SBC, and AT&T that included a four year rotational assignment with Bell Communication Research Inc. He also served in Regulatory positions as a Subject Matter Expert Witness in various State Regulatory Commissions proceedings & hearings before the United States Department of Justice, and Federal Communications Commission.
Rick has demonstrated that he develops and delivers innovative solutions since he began working with the Diamond T Ranch development in 2007. He is active in his church and enjoys community service work having served in leadership positions in local charities, as President of The Forest at Stone Oak HOA, and as a Northeast YMCA Board Member. Rick is a graduate of the University Of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science Degree.
